How I can support you
Some of the specialties I work with as a Texas based therapist
I support the women I work with through a range of different mental health specialties. Here are just a few that I could help you with.
Anxiety Therapy
For the woman who can’t slow her brain down, no matter how hard she tries.
My therapy process draws from psychodynamic therapy, AEDP, and NARM — which means we work with what's underneath the anxiety, and we work with it in real time, in your body, not just in your head. CBT is valuable and I help with surface-level symptoms too. But I go deeper. I want to understand why the anxiety is there, not just help you cope with the experience of having it.

Attachment & Relationship Therapy
For those who can’t seem to break the behaviour patterns that keep showing up again and again.
Attachment work is relational work — which means it can't just happen in theory. I draw from psychodynamic and relational frameworks to understand the deeper architecture of your attachment patterns. And I use AEDP and NARM to work with those patterns experientially, in real time, in your body and in our relationship. That's where lasting change actually happens.

Trauma Therapy
Because the past doesn’t just stay in the past. What happened to you matters.
Trauma work requires a particular kind of care — one that doesn't rush toward the wound before the relationship is ready to hold it. I draw from psychodynamic frameworks to understand how early experiences shaped you, and from AEDP and NARM to work with the nervous system directly. We work at the pace that's right for you. Self-compassion isn't just a concept here — it's woven into every part of the work.

Self Worth Therapy
For the woman who holds everyone else together at the cost of herself.
I work psychodynamically — which means we look at where these patterns came from, not just what they cost you now. I draw from AEDP and NARM to work with the nervous system directly, because people-pleasing isn't just a thought pattern. It's wired in. It lives in the body. And that's where real change happens.

Identity & Authenticity Therapy
For those who feel like they’re always performing a version of themselves.
Identity work is inherently relational — which means the therapy relationship itself becomes a place to practice. How do you show up here? What do you reveal and what do you protect? What does it feel like to be genuinely seen? I draw from psychodynamic frameworks to understand how your sense of self developed, and from AEDP and NARM to work with what's happening in the body and in our relationship in real time.
